Booking for 20 or more people

Booking method:

1. This lodge uses an online booking system. The booking staff will send an email to confirm the booking status and notify you of payment. Please make a remittance or transfer within three days after successful booking to reserve the bed.
2. After completing the payment, please fill in the remitter's name or the last five digits of the bank account number online or reply to the booking confirmation email to facilitate the account verification process.
3. When you arrive at the lodge, please present your identification to the administrator for accommodation registration.
4. Bed allocation will be prioritized for those who have made reservations and paid for their stay in the lodge.
5. If you book accommodation at the last minute, you will be assigned accommodation based on the order of your arrival and registration at the lodge.
6. Groups of less than 20 people should not use this form to make a reservation.
7. This booking policy only accepts reservations made within 30 days.

Note: No meals are provided at this lodge.

Fee schedule:

Donpu Lodge Cleaning Fee Standard:

1. A bed cleaning and service fee of NT$500 per person per day will be charged.Groups of 20 or more can enjoy a discount on the accommodation fee for one person..
2. The following individuals are eligible for accommodation discounts:

• Faculty, staff, students and volunteers from National Taiwan University
• Yushan National Park Management Office staff
• Employees of the Sixth Battalion, Seventh Special Police Corps, National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior
• Staff and volunteers of the Chiayi Forest District Office, Forestry Bureau

A discount of NT$200 per person per night is available for those who book accommodation with valid ID.

Regulations regarding cancellations and refunds for accommodations with 20 or more people:

A. Voluntary factors:

• Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in date: Full refund for each cancellation, but a processing fee of 50 yuan will apply.
• If cancelled between the eighth and thirteenth days: a processing fee of 30% will be deducted from each transaction (included in the handling fee).
• Cancellation from the day before to the seventh day: A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from each transaction (included in the handling fee).
• Cancellation on the day of check-in: No refund will be given.

B. Cancellation and Refund Due to Involuntary Reasons (Both Provincial Highways 18 and 21 are closed, and Yushan National Park is closed): Full refund, but a handling fee of NT$50 will be deducted from each transaction.

C. Refund Application: Please fill out the cancellation and refund application online.

D. Refund time: 15th of next month after the application date.
