Cancellation and Refund Application

Policy regarding cancellation and refund for pre-paid accommodations:

A. Voluntary factors:

a. 19 people or less

• Cancellation made more than seven days before check-in date: Full refund for each cancellation, but a processing fee of 50 yuan will apply.
• If cancelled between the fourth and sixth day: a 30% operation fee will be deducted from each transaction (included in the handling fee).
• Cancellation from the first to the third day: A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from each transaction (included in the handling fee).
• Cancellation on the day of check-in: No refund will be given.

b. 20 or more people (inclusive)

• Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in date: Full refund for each cancellation, but a processing fee of 50 yuan will apply.
• If cancelled between the eighth and thirteenth days: a processing fee of 30% will be deducted from each transaction (included in the handling fee).
• Cancellation from the day before to the seventh day: A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from each transaction (included in the handling fee).
• Cancellation on the day of check-in: No refund will be given.

B. Cancellation and Refund Due to Involuntary Reasons (Both Provincial Highways 18 and 21 are closed, and Yushan National Park is closed): Full refund, but a handling fee of NT$50 will be deducted from each transaction.

C. Refund Time: Cancellation upon completion of the form will be processed on the 15th of the following month.
